I was recently given Foxbrim’s Hyaluronic Acid Serum to review. I added it to my daily beauty routine. In the mornings first I would wash my face, then I used the serum and followed up with my daily moisturizer. I would then apply my makeup as normal. I would apply it again at night in the same order.

Hyauluronic Acid Serum is supposed to make your skin look younger and have less wrinkles.

I used Foxbrim’s Hyaluronic Acid Serum for a month and I could definitely tell a difference. The skin around my eyes appeared to have less wrinkles and I looked younger. I really liked the way my skin felt. It was really soft and smooth. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants their skin to look healthier.

I was recently given the Propresser Professional Garlic Press in exchange for my honest opinion. My garlic press arrived really quickly after I ordered it. It came in a sturdy box. It also came with a small brush to clean the small basket with. The Propresser Garlic Press comes with a lifetime gaurentee which I thought was great. Which made me think it must be a great product for them to make that offer. This garlic press is really sturdy and we’ll made. It is made of stainless steel so it won’t rust. It is made to last a lifetime. To use  the Propresser Garlic Press hold in your hand. The handles are thick and allow you to comfortably wrap  your fingers wrap around them. With a clove of garlic nestled in the basket the handles are the ideal distance apart to maximize leverage. All you have to do is gently squeeze the handles together. I was impressed how easily it produced perfectly minced garlic. I would definitely recommend the Propresser Professional Garlic Press to everyone. It It can be used by chefs or the average person.

What do I need?

1 cup plain, raw almonds
vanilla bean (optional, but it adds a nice flavor)
enough water to cover the almonds overnight
3 cups of purified water

Directions

Soak almonds in purified water overnight (along with about 1 inch of vanilla bean, if you choose to add it.)

Cover, and put in the refrigerator.

The following day, pour off soak water and discard. (You don’t want to drink that water)

Put soaked almonds and 3 cups of purified water together in a large bowl.

Using a 1/2 cup measure or ladle, pour the nuts and water into the juicer, together, at the same time. (If you try and juice them separately, the nuts will come out as straight pulp, with no liquid being produced.)

Stir and enjoy!

Other suggestions

You can strain your almond milk if it comes out a little too ‘gritty’.

For coconut almond milk, I add about 1/2 of a raw, fresh coconut into the juicer at the same time.

If you don’t have vanilla bean on hand, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract can be substituted.

If you like your almond milk a little sweeter, honey or pure maple syrup can be added to the almond milk as well.

My Review

Ever since I was a child I would drink milk.  It just never appealed to me. So I was really glad when the different types of nut milk became popular. I was really impressed with the nut milk bag. The seams were well sown. The drawstring closure at the top was really nice. I didn’t have to worry about anything falling out. There are many other uses for the nut milk bag. You can use it to make jellies, jams or even wine. I used the recipe below. There is also a recipe ebook included that has many more recipes. I would definitely recommend the Ecosak Premium Food Grade Nylon Nut Bag.

I recently received the Super Stroller Organizer in exchange for my honest review. This organizer is very well made. It has three outer pockets. One of them has a velcro flap to keep items secure. On the inside are two mesh bottle holders and a zipper pocket. There is a flap on top to keep it closed. This organizer can be used with your stroller or attached to the head rest in your car. Since I don’t have small children and I drive a truck I decided to use my stroller organizer to put the products I’m currently reviewing in. That way I can take it with me wherever I go and work on my reviews. I’m sure there are many other uses for the Super Stroller Organizer. I think this would be a great purchase for anyone.

Ingredients
14 oz Shea Butter
5 oz Coconut Oil (76 degree melt Coconut Oil)
6 ml Lavender Fragrance Oil (or your choice)
Electric Mixer
4 ounce jars

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and whip for 6-7 minutes in an electric mixer on medium/high. Spoon into jars. That’s it. You’re done!

Shea Butter Moisturizer for Hair

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unrefined shea butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons good quality conditioner
Preparation:

You can make this conditioner with readily available ingredients. In a medium bowl, add unrefined or raw shea butter and melt it on a low heat setting. Remove from heat, and stir in olive oil in it. Whisk the mixture until it is well blended. Add conditioner and stir again for even mixing. Massage scalp and hair with it, and leave overnight. You can wash it the next day, or use this mixture in the same way as a leave-in conditioner.
